Inbound Call Handler - Remote - £130 per day + retainer

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer centric individual to support a large call campaign. 

We are looking for enthusiastic customer service advisors to join a fantastic team supporting Equiniti on a key client project on remote basis where you will be supporting a call campaign. 

Location: Remote

Day Rate: on offer is £130 plus a £45 retainer payable at completion of the project

Hours: Monday to Friday 8-6pm

Shifts will be provided in advance and this role offers home working within the UK.

Contract: 4-8 weeks

As a Inbound Call Handler, you will undertake the following duties:

  • Be responsible for assisting with inbound calls relating to customer queries around their investment product
  • Assist customers as efficiently as possible with their enquiry and undertake any associated administrative activity
  • undertake general administration such as valuations, sending out documentation or updating personal details
  • Be confident to have difficult conversations and sensitive conversations
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with applicable regulatory and legislative requirement 

To be considered for the role of Inbound Call Handler you will possess the following attributes and abilities:

  • Strong customer service or call handing experience
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to be able to empathise with customers
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
