Pensions Customer service Advisor - £126 per day via umbrella

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer centric individual to join a UK bank and provide excellent service and support to their customer base. 

We are looking for enthusiastic customer service advisors to join a fantastic team within a UK bank on a remote basis. Where you will be solving day to day customer queries at first point of contact regarding their pensions and investment products. 

Location: Remote

The rate on offer is £126 per day Via Umbrella 

Hours: 40hr week, Monday to Friday with shifts between 8am and 6pm. Eg: 8am - 4:30pm, 8:45am - 17:15pm, 9am - 6pm. 

Contract: initially 6 months

This role does not involve cold calling.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Take responsibility for each customer call and work toward resolution whilst on the phone to reach a fair outcome for the customer and the business.  
  • Complete a range of prescribed customer service activities and handle non-standard or more complex customer cases and enquiries using existing procedures.
  • Complete periodical tasks to support management and external client relationships. 
  • To recognise the signs of customer vulnerability and financial difficulty, supporting customers by having caring, sensitive conversations and identifying ways we can support them with their needs.
  • Ensure that all customers are dealt with in accordance with all compliance and regulatory requirements (including internal processes and procedures) which aim to protect customers. 
  • Ensure all customer complaints are recorded in line with the clients complaint handling policy and where possible resolved at first touch.

In order to be considered for this role you must ideally have the following skills: 

  • Strong customer service experience ideally in financial services. 
  • Excellent communication and expectation management.
  • Proactive and passionate about providing great customer service. 
  • Empathetic and patient.
  • Previous experience working in a financial background advantageous.
