We are looking for enthusiastic customer service advisors to join a fantastic team within a UK bank on a remote basis. Where you will be solving day to day customer queries at first point of contact regarding their pensions and investment products.
Location: Remote
The rate on offer is £126 per day Via Umbrella
Hours: 40hr week, Monday to Friday with shifts between 8am and 6pm on a rotational basis.
Contract: Initially 6 months
This role does not involve cold calling.
What you'll be doing:
- Take responsibility for each customer call and work toward resolution whilst on the phone to reach a fair outcome for the customer and the business.
- Complete a range of prescribed customer service activities and handle non-standard or more complex customer cases and enquiries using existing procedures.
- Complete periodical tasks to support management and external client relationships.
- To recognise the signs of customer vulnerability and financial difficulty, supporting customers by having caring, sensitive conversations and identifying ways we can support them with their needs.
- Ensure that all customers are dealt with in accordance with all compliance and regulatory requirements (including internal processes and procedures) which aim to protect customers.
- Ensure all customer complaints are recorded in line with the clients complaint handling policy and where possible resolved at first touch.
What we're looking for:
- Strong customer service experience ideally in financial services.
- Excellent communication and expectation management.
- Proactive and passionate about providing great customer service.
- Interested in learning and development in Investments and pensions.
