The role of Learning and Development Consultant will be working on an existing project supporting a pensions provider to convert technical pensions information and processes into approachable training plans. You will work with subject matter experts to keep training up to date and ensure there are no knowledge gaps and will be responsible for delivering training plans in an engaging way and providing feedback and support.
A strong understanding of technical pensions and processes is a key requirement for this role, as the subject matter will be complex.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and creating training material based on technical pensions information.
- Delivering engaging and approachable training plans.
- Consulting with SME to understand requirements and fill knowledge gaps for the wider team.
- Providing feedback and encouragement.
What we’d like to see from your application:
- Previous experience in learning and development within financial services.
- Technical pensions knowledge.
- Experience designing and delivering training material.
- Excellent communication.
Location: Remote
The rate on offer: £450 to £500 per day via umbrella
Hours: Monday to Friday. 9am to 5:30pm
Duration: 6 months initially with opportunity to extend.
