Customer Service Advisor - £131 per day

We have an exciting opportunity to join a great team in a financial firm, assisting with inbound contact from valued customers. This is a great starting point for someone looking for a career in financial contracting, and offers excellent opportunities to progress within a growing project.

Candidates will be required to work 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday between 9am - 6pm, with every other Saturday working 9am - 1pm. When you work a Saturday you get hours back in lieu.

Location: Remote working can be offered to the right candidate.

Day rate: £131 via Umbrella.

Contract: Initially until December 2025 with opportunity to extend. 

Training provided. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage inbound calls from customers to discuss any question or queries they may have relating to their account
  • Spotting potential complex queries / complaints and handing off to other members of the team
  • Provide a clear and efficient response within company guidelines and always putting the customer first
  • Completing outbound chaser calls to customers
  • Dealing with inbound post from customers and handing off queries to more experienced members of team where necessary
  • Updating the client database with all key information required from the call
  • Working to client and regulatory policies and procedures at all times

What we’d like to see from your application:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Confident working with vulnerable customers and knowledgeable of the TEXAS model
  • Knowledge of financial products would be advantageous
  • Proactive and motivated to resolve issues first time and exceed service expectations
  • Desire to learn and improve
