Quality Framework Specialist - Bracknell

What you’ll be doing as a Quality Framework Specialist:

• Review and asses current processes and complete root cause analysis to understand the best customer journey. 
• Holding meetings with the project team to discuss findings and solutions.
• Staying up to date with policy and FCA changes, and making appropriate changes to documentation, QC checklists and guides.
• Providing guidance and training to the QC team to ensure all are adhering to the QC checklists. 
• Providing clear and constrictive feedback to team members.
• Providing encouragement and support. 

What we’d like to see from your application:

• Previous experience working within project management team. 
• Previous experience in a QA/QC role within a complaints or remediation function.
• Previous experience working within financial services and a strong understanding of FCA guidelines and compliance. 
• Proactive and confident handling multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of motor finance complaints would be advantageous.

Day rate contract pay administered by Umbrella company.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm.

Location: Bracknell. You will have the flexibility to work 3 days in office and 2 days from home. 

Parking: Yes.

Contract: Until the end of the year with opportunity to extend.

Training: On site full time for the first 4 – 6 weeks.
