As a Quality Framework Specialist you will be setting up the QC process for the complaints function in line with policy and FCA guidelines.
What you’ll be doing as a Quality Framework Specialist:
- Review and asses current processes and complete root cause analysis to understand the best customer journey.
- Holding meetings with the project team to discuss findings and solutions.
- Staying up to date with policy and FCA changes, and making appropriate changes to documentation, QC checklists and guides.
- Providing guidance and training to the QC team to ensure all are adhering to the QC checklists.
- Providing clear and constrictive feedback to team members.
- Providing encouragement and support.
What we’d like to see from your application:
- Previous experience working within project management team.
- Previous experience in a QA/QC role within a complaints or remediation function.
- Previous experience working within financial services and a strong understanding of FCA guidelines and compliance.
- Proactive and confident handling multiple workstreams.
- Knowledge of motor finance complaints would be advantageous.
Day rate contract pay administered by Umbrella company.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm.
Location: Bracknell. You will have the flexibility to work 3 days in office and 2 days from home.

Contract: Until the end of the year with opportunity to extend.
Training: On site full time for the first 4 – 6 weeks.
