You will be supporting with day to day pension administration including transfer requests, account updates, document validation, and defined benefit calculations.
Location: Crawley – hybrid model working 3 days per week on site. Parking is available.
The rate on offer: £215 per day via Umbrella
Hours: 37.5 hr week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm.
Training: On site full time for first 2-3 weeks.
Contract: 2-3 months with possibility to extend.
What you’ll be doing as a Pension Administrator:
- Taking ownership of a pipeline of cases to assist scheme members looking to transfer to a new pension provider.
- Reviewing all relevant data available on the clients internal system.
- Running automated calculations and performing manual benefit calculations.
- Updating internal stakeholders of progress and issues.
- Following company policy and procedure at all times.
What we’d like to see from your application:
- Excellent knowledge of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.
- Pervious experience working for a pensions provider completing transfers and equivalent administration.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence with calculations.
- Proactive and confident handling multiple workstreams.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience supporting vulnerable customers.
- Comfortable commuting to Crawley.
