Pension Administrator - Crawley

£215 per day via Umbrella

We have an exciting opportunity for a pension administrator to join a leading pension provider based in Crawley and support with transfer and account administration. 

You will be supporting with day to day pension administration including transfer requests, account updates, document validation, and defined benefit calculations. 

Location: Crawley – hybrid model working 3 days per week on site. Parking is available. 

The rate on offer:  £215 per day via Umbrella 

Hours: 37.5 hr week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm. 

Training: On site full time for first 2-3 weeks.

Contract: 2-3 months with possibility to extend. 

What you’ll be doing as a Pension Administrator:

  • Taking ownership of a pipeline of cases to assist scheme members looking to transfer to a new pension provider.
  • Reviewing all relevant data available on the clients internal system.
  • Running automated calculations and performing manual benefit calculations.
  • Updating internal stakeholders of progress and issues.
  • Following company policy and procedure at all times.

What we’d like to see from your application:

  • Excellent knowledge of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.
  • Pervious experience working for a pensions provider completing transfers and equivalent administration.  
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence with calculations.
  • Proactive and confident handling multiple workstreams.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience supporting vulnerable customers. 
  • Comfortable commuting to Crawley.
