As a Learning and Development Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and evaluating engaging training programmes for our contractors. You will share specialist knowledge, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure that training makes a real difference to staff performance and outcomes for the clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and creating training material based on pre-designed programmes.
- Consulting with SME to understand requirements and fill knowledge gaps for the wider team.
- Share your expertise to improve training programmes and outcomes.
- Track attendance and complete training administration accurately
- Providing feedback and encouragement.
What we’d like to see from your application:
- Experience delivering training to audiences both face-to-face and online.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of different learning styles and ability to embed these in training delivery.
- Proven ability to build professional relationships and exceed customer expectations.
