The role of Compliance Project Manager will be working with legal governance teams within a bank to support the implementation of policy and regulatory changes to documentation, processes and customer journeys.
What you’ll be doing Compliance Project Manager:
- Coordination and oversight of project delivery and change implementation.
- Interpreting data and insights and converting into clear reports and presentation packs for audiences of different technical understanding.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide timescale updates.
- Delivering engaging presentations and updates across multiple business areas to support education of changes.
- Understanding of data analytics and keen interest in how AI can be implemented to support automation of activities and maintain compliance in day-to-day operations.
- Solving complex business challenges by identifying patterns, reviewing evidence and developing actionable solutions and implementation plans.
- Mapping controls into implementation plans and new processes.
- Analysis of the current state of processes to identify inefficiencies and discrepancies in business compliance and industry regulation.
- Complete test cases and quality assurance on implemented changes to ensure optimum end state is met.
What we’d like to see from your application:
- Over 5 years of project management and change management experience.
- Experience working within financial services in the above positions.
- Experience working for enterprise size business with multiple departments and work streams.
- Clear understanding of financial regulation and compliance.
- Knowledge of AI functionality and prompts and how it could be implemented to support processes.
- Demonstratable experience of business analytics.
- Clear departmental communications and stakeholder management.
Location: Hybrid with 2-3 days in London.
The rate on offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
Hours: Standard office hours Monday to Friday.
Duration: 6 months initially.
