Compliance Project Manager - London

We are looking for dynamic Compliance Project Manager to support change management and implementation activity across multiple business areas.  

The role of Compliance Project Manager will be working with legal governance teams within a bank to support the implementation of policy and regulatory changes to documentation, processes and customer journeys.   

What you’ll be doing Compliance Project Manager:

  • Coordination and oversight of project delivery and change implementation.
  • Interpreting data and insights and converting into clear reports and presentation packs for audiences of different technical understanding.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide timescale updates.
  • Delivering engaging presentations and updates across multiple business areas to support education of changes.
  • Understanding of data analytics and keen interest in how AI can be implemented to support automation of activities and maintain compliance in day-to-day operations.
  • Solving complex business challenges by identifying patterns, reviewing evidence and developing actionable solutions and implementation plans.
  • Mapping controls into implementation plans and new processes.
  • Analysis of the current state of processes to identify inefficiencies and discrepancies in business compliance and industry regulation.
  • Complete test cases and quality assurance on implemented changes to ensure optimum end state is met.

What we’d like to see from your application:

  • Over 5 years of project management and change management experience.
  • Experience working within financial services in the above positions.
  • Experience working for enterprise size business with multiple departments and work streams.
  • Clear understanding of financial regulation and compliance.
  • Knowledge of AI functionality and prompts and how it could be implemented to support processes.
  • Demonstratable experience of business analytics.
  • Clear departmental communications and stakeholder management.

Location: Hybrid with 2-3 days in London. 

The rate on offer: Competitive salary based on experience.

Hours: Standard office hours Monday to Friday.

Duration: 6 months initially.
