As a Case Handler you will be responsible for our own pipeline of work and complete activities such as; reviewing, manual calculations, and writing detailed letters in relation to your findings.
What you’ll be doing as a Case Handler:

Completing detailed reviews of customer pension accounts.

Case management and workflow prioritisation to meet deadlines and avoid breaches.

Complete detailed manual calculations whilst considering individual circumstances.
- Preparing written communication regarding calculations and statements to inform members of the options available.

Ensuring high standard of quality in the work that you do.

Attend online meetings, clinics and training/quality sessions.
What we’d like to see from your application:
- Experience completing complex calculations.
- Financial services experience.
- Ability to manage and organise a pipeline of work within deadlines.
- Excellent communication with written correspondence.
- High attention to detail.
- Knowledge of pensions advantageous.
Location: Remote
The rate on offer: £195 per day via Umbrella.
First week basic training: £180 per day via Umbrella.
Hours: 37.5 hr week. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
Duration: 3 months initially with opportunity to extend.
