You will be reviewing operational effectiveness to streamline the customer complaint journey, analysing information, and assessing operational alignment with strategy.
The rate on offer: £450 - £550 per day via Umbrella.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm.
Location: Bracknell. Hybrid working of 3 days a week in office is available after training.
Parking: Yes.
Contract: 6 months initially with opportunity to extend.
Training: On site full time for the first 4 – 6 weeks.
What you’ll be doing as a business analyst:
- Mapping complaint customer journeys.
- Undertaking detailed analysis of model business processes, functions, information flows and data structures.
- Consulting with clients to define requirements using Industry approaches and techniques.
- Gathering functional and non-functional requirements for sign-off.
- Converting requirements to a technical specification for different business areas.
- Supporting the project manager on scoping, objectives, estimation, assumptions, risk analysis, and communication with stakeholders.
- Creating data analytics/reports and process maps.
- Developing and manage project documentation deliverables.
- Complete special projects and other functions, as required.
What we’d like to see from your application:
- Previous business analyst experience.
- Knowledge of customer complaint journey and complaint regulations.
- Operational knowledge.
- Excellent research and analytic skills
- In-depth knowledge of data modelling techniques.
- Working knowledge of relevant business management principles.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
