Sue Bartlett leads the Equiniti Hazell Carr team and is responsible for all aspects of our business. Sue maintains close working relationships with our clients and ensures that our operations deliver great services.
Sue joined Equiniti Hazell Carr in 2000 and has held a number of roles with us, including Head of Sales and Business Development Director, before she became our Managing Director in 2016. Prior to this, Sue worked in a variety of technical and advisory roles in the banking and life and pensions sectors.
Sue has successfully delivered projects and services for customers across the financial services and other regulated industries. This experience ranges from short-term resourcing needs through to major outsourcing requirements. Sue takes a very active role in all aspects of our business.
In her spare time, Sue enjoys cycling and interior design.

Anthea Coulter joined Equiniti Hazell Carr 7 years ago and has too many years’ experience within financial services to admit too, covering General Insurance, Life and Pensions and Banking. Anthea first worked with Equiniti Hazell Carr during the pensions review, where she led an in-house team and worked in partnership with Equiniti Hazell Carr to deliver a re-work project for Phase 1 of the pensions review.
At the end of the Pensions Review, Anthea decided to move into a customer facing role and joined Zurich Municipal. Here she built up strong relationships with key customers before reconnecting with Equiniti Hazell Carr and managing key client relationships and projects, where, her operational experience together with her regulatory knowledge means she firmly understands clients’ needs and delivers on outcomes.
Anthea is happily married, has a son and daughter, and enjoys keeping fit through running, boxercise and core conditioning.

Hollie Corrick is an established Recruitment Professional/Relationship Manager, possessing more than 20 years’ experience in recruitment, stake holder and relationship management. She has provided solutions for both boutique environments and international corporate businesses, specialising in the financial services, accountancy, IT, digital/marketing, legal services and many more.
In 2017 Hollie joined Equiniti Group after running her own end to end recruitment business for 6 years, and joined the Hazell Carr team in 2022 with her passion and wealth of knowledge of relationship management and recruitment solutions, from concept, to delivery to success. She is known for her enthusiasm and adaptability to find the best solution for clients new and established.
Hollie is fortunate to live in Devon by the sea with her family and enjoys good food and costal adventures.

With 20 years' experience, Dan Denyer has worked on a variety of projects from small scale remediation exercises to large scale programs including pension review, endowment review, bank charges and PPI.
Dan has worked with Equiniti Hazell car on several projects, in both a permanent capacity and as a contractor, including working as an adjudicator at the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Dan brings a wealth of hands on experience in operational delivery which gives him a unique insight into the financial services market.
In his spare time Dan and his wife enjoy walking their Miniature Schnauzer Tilly and weekends away throughout the UK.

Nicholas Wilshin has been responsible for writing, co-ordinating and managing all of Equiniti Hazell Carr's bids and proposals since 2005.
He is central to the on-boarding of new client projects across the insurance, banking and advisory markets and has a wealth of financial services, resourcing and outsourcing experience to draw upon.
Prior to joining Equiniti Hazell Carr, Nicholas worked for Legal & General, which helped him to develop a strong understanding of financial services products, the regulatory environment and customer services.
Nicholas is a Certified Practitioner of the APMP, which complements an MA from Cardiff University, as well as CII and CIM qualifications.
Nicholas is married and has two young and energetic children.

Since 2008, when Joel Priest joined the Equiniti Hazell Carr team, he has put his recruitment and resourcing experience to great use. He brings to the table experience as a recruitment consultant for Ranstad, where he looked after the resourcing for their blue chip financial service clients including PwC, KPMG and Ernst and Young.
Joel specialises in graduate resourcing and regulated services and it’s his job to ensure the country’s high calibre graduate specialists join the Equiniti Hazell Carr team.
Joel studied at the University of Reading before embarking on a career within financial services. Outside of work Joel spends most of his time playing in a function band at weddings and corporate events.

Kirstie Gotsell has worked for Equiniti Hazell Carr since 2004 when she joined as a Senior Resource Consultant. In 2009 she became responsible for Business Support Functions.
Prior to working with Equiniti Hazell Carr, Kirstie gained seven years' of recruitment industry experience, including managing the recruitment process for Yell’s UK-wide telephone sales and field sales operatives on behalf of Contact III, owned by Pertemps Recruitment Partnership.
Kirstie has a passion for process improvement and gaining efficiencies. She often works with a variety of colleagues in Equiniti to deliver ADHOC projects including upgrading systems, reworking billing processes and introducing new software.
Living in the vibrant and cultural city of Bristol, Kirstie is married with a son, stepdaughter and Golden Labrador Milo.

Ian Saunders started his career in Financial Services with Prudential, moving to the Group Pensions area in the mid 1980’s. In 2002 Ian moved to Hazell Carr (subsequently Xafinity and Equiniti) with the outsource of Prudential’s insured Defined Benefit pension administration area. Within that area he undertook management roles within the Administration , Treasury and Finance Departments. From 2008 Ian was the Pensions Operations Manager in Reading for the outsourced Prudential book.
Ian moved back Equiniti Hazell Carr in 2015, initially to the Business Development Team to head up the pensions desk. This utilised his pensions operations experience in developing the pension recruitment desk. In 2018, Ian moved to an operational role to support our pension and actuarial clients
Ian is now semi-retired (one of the few benefits of getter older) and mainly focuses on resourcing for our pensions and actuarial clients.

Lauren Moore joined Equiniti Hazell Carr in March 2014 as Resourcing Administrator and in June 2016 Lauren became responsible for the Screening and Audit functions. Since joining Equiniti Hazell Carr Lauren has established herself as an integral part of the Screening and Audit Team, she is well versed in all aspects of contractual compliance and ensures all of our client requirements are met.
Prior to working for Equiniti Hazell Carr Lauren was a Sales Administration Manager for a Utilities Company where she developed her knowledge and skills within Administration. Lauren’s experience enables her to review and maintain existing standards and introduce new best practices into the Quality Assurance area of the business.
During her spare time Lauren enjoys watching live music and supporting up and coming bands in the area.
