Training Manager - Remote

We are looking for an experienced Training manager to join an exciting project and deliver excellent training around the use of BPMN. 

We are looking for an experienced training manager to join an exciting project and deliver excellent training courses around the use of BPMN. 

You will need to have experience in devising and delivering courses around the use of BPMN and be confident in delivering these on a remote basis with great results. 

Location:  Remote

The rate on offer is up to £550 dependant on experience, and will require an umbrella company. 

Hours: 37.5hrs Monday - Friday 

Contract: 6 months

As a Training Manager, you will:

  • Oversees programmes that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, videos, and more
  • Determines needs and requirements for an organisation or group by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys
  • Reviews existing materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance
  • Modifies or creates course materials and manuals to meet specific needs
  • Presents in-person and sessions or hires qualified personnel to do so
  • Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrolment
  • Monitor programmes and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary
  • Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
  • Manages costs for all programmes, productions, and publications in order to report to organisation executives regarding a return on investment
  • Specialises in a particular industry and keeps current on the activities and needs of that industry by attending regular meetings, conferences, and seminars
  • Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods

In order to be considered for this role you must have the following skills: 

  • Previous training experience within BPMN
  • Experience working within a regulatory environment
  • track record in designing and executing successful programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and manuals
