Regulated Complaint Analyst

One of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the regulatory environment are offering fantastic contract opportunities within the financial services industry for a client in Newcastle upon Tyne for Regulated Complaint analysts.

This is an ideal opportunity forsomeone with Regulated Complaint experience to undertake a challenging role in a rewarding industry starting in January 2019.

Applicants must be able to attend an interview and assessment centre based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

As a Regulated Complaint analyst - you will:

  • The job holder will resolve and assess the outcome of Regulated Complaint in line with the FCA rules and regulation for handling complaints including payment of redress.
  • Write and review bespoke letters to a high standard to resolve customer complaints, fairly and effectively, without the use of a template
  • Accurately record all findings and corrective activity required to deliver a fair customer outcome.
  • Treat all cases fairly and on an individual basis
  • Liaise with all internal and external departments
  • You will also be responsible for identifying any risks within the business and working within a regulatory framework.

To be considered for the role of Regulated Complaint analyst - you will possess the following attributes and abilities:

  • Previous experience of Regulated Complaints
  • Proven ability to understand and assess the outcome is fair and compliant for complaints at all levels of complexity.
  • Ability to write and or review bespoke letters to a high standard to resolve customer complaints, fairly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, to include fluent English both written and verbal.
  • Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation.
  • Previous experience of file/ quality monitoring outcomes.
  • Proven ability to understand and assess the outcome is fair and compliant for complaints at all levels of complexity.
  • Clean credit history
  • You  must be able to travel to Newcastle upon Tyne for this role and be available for the duration of the project.
