As an operations manager you will be working for a pension provider to support managers of key customer facing and back office teams. You will be working to improve processes and ensure high quality standards are achieved.
What you’ll be doing as a Operations Manager:
- Supporting managers with business as usual operations
- Monitoring processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Reporting into key stakeholders
- Implementing strategies to make operations efficient
- Maintaining high levels of quality
- Report writing and MI
- Coaching and motivating
What we’d like to see from your application:
- Previous operations management experience
- Experience working with pensions
- Examples of process optimisation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication and negotiation skills
Location: Remote. However they may require occasional travel to one of their UK offices for key meetings.
The rate on offer: £600 - £650 per day via Umbrella
Hours: 37.5 hr week
Duration: 6 to 8 months.
