The primary responsibilities of the Data and Reporting Manager are to form and manage relationships, identify, plan, coordinate, and manage all activities related to the integration of data across various sources, in order to form an organized and unified view.
The role will be responsible for day to day reporting, data management, data strategy and the data landscape that underpins the business operations.
Location: Maidenhead
Candidates will be required to work Monday to Friday on a 37.5hr week working between 9am – 5:30pm candidates will have to work full time on3 days per week on site in Maidenhead and be comfortable with working from home 2 days per week
The rate on offer is 60K per annum plus benefits.

In order to be considered for this role you must have the following skills:
- Experience in project management methodologies such as AGILE and Prince2, as well as tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate issues and change to colleagues in the business, whilst also having the skills and experience to work closely with technical teams
- Experience of Organisational Change Management through running significant change initiatives
- Understanding of data management principles
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA and data extraction and manipulation methods
- Knowledge and experience of reporting tools (Business Objects, Tableau, PowerBI, SAS)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Strong prioritization and ability to deliver product improvement
- Educated to Degree level or higher and/or equivalent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong customer facing/service skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills including influencing skills
- Experience of Python
