Credit Card Complaint Handlers - North East - £225 per day

One of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the regulatory environment are offering fantastic contract opportunities within the financial services industry for an important client in Newcastle on an already well established project.

  • The job holder will resolve and assess the outcome of Credit Card complaints in line with the FCA rules and regulation for handling complaints including payment of redress
  • Write and review bespoke letters to a high standard to resolve customer Credit card complaints, fairly and effectively
  • Accurately record all findings and corrective activity required to deliver a fair customer outcome
  • Treat all cases fairly and on an individual basis
  • Liaise with all internal and external departments
  • You will also be responsible for identifying any risks within the business and working within a regulatory framework

To be considered for the role of Credit Card Complaint Handler - you will possess the following attributes and abilities:

  • Previous experience of Credit Card Complaints
  • Proven ability to understand and assess the outcome is fair and compliant for complaints at all levels of complexity
  • Ability to write and or review bespoke letters to a high standard to resolve customer complaints, fairly and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, to include fluent English both written and verbal
  • Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation
  • Previous experience of file/ quality monitoring outcomes
  • Proven ability to understand and assess the outcome is fair and compliant for complaints at all levels of complexity
  • Clean credit history
