We are looking to speak to candidates with previous experience within business banking to assist with the review of client cases determining at where they need to be within the recoveries process.
The day rate: £175 Via Umbrella
3 month initial contract but very likely to extend into 2023.
This role will require you to work on site full time, Monday to Friday standard office hours at the client’s offices in central Cardiff.
As a Business Banking Case Handler you will be responsible for:
- Provide technical subject matter expertise to assess potential and actual risk within customer remediation portfolios in order to maintain regulatory and policy requirements
- Review individual customer circumstances to understand default position and propose next steps with a written correspondence
- Arrange any required remediation activity such as interest and charges refunds or updates to credit files as appropriate
- Checking and preparing the case for transfer to internal Recoveries team
- Take responsibility for queries/issues through to resolution
- Manage expectations of all internal and external customers
You will be expected to demonstrate:
- Previous experience within commercial banking recoveries would be advantageous
- Experience of technical data gathering and case handling is essential
- Strong Oral and Written Communication including ability to write final response letters
- Strong attention to detail
- Knows how to get things done and gain commitment
- Knows how to work with key stakeholders and influence others to achieve objectives
